Fixbytes offers full range of support options – tailor-made for your requirements (mid to long-term). The support can be provided from onsite (customer’s location) or offshore (Fixbytes Support Center).
Support services includes:
- Setting up Offshore Support Center (OSC) for the customer. Team size from 5-50 (Level 2)
- Skills and experience availability – UNIX scripting (Shell, Perl), PL/SQL, Sybase, Oracle, FIX, Java / C++, etc
- Onsite production support (Trading floor support) – 6 month+ contracts
- Production system analysis and reviews (system health check and improvements)
- System administration (or managed services) outsourcing – FIX, UNIX, Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, Sun-Solaris, HP-UX
